Olivier Derivière is a French video game composer, and the lead composer of Streets of Rage 4. He wrote the game's main themes, while each boss fight's theme was written by one of the guest composers, those being Yuzo Koshiro, Motohiro Kawashima, Yoko Shimomura, Keiji Yamagishi, Harumi Fujita, XL Middleton, Scattle, Das Mörtal, and Groundislava.
Derivière is also known for his work on the soundtracks of Alone in the Dark, Obscure, Remember Me and A Plague Tale: Requiem. His work on Remember Me won the 2013 IFMCA award for "Best Original Score for a Video Game or Interactive Media", while his work on A Plague Tale: Requiem was nominated for "Best Score and Music" in the 2022 Game Awards.
His work on Streets of Rage 4's soundtrack won Best Sound and Universe on 2023 Pégases Ceremony organized by the Video Game Arts and Techniques Academy.
