Mr. Y is the son of Mr. X, and the twin brother of Ms. Y, and is the one of the two main antagonists in Streets of Rage 4. He and his twin sister are the leaders of the Y Syndicate. He fights with his submachine gun, a rocket launcher, and grenades. He is the Stage 11 Boss and along with Ms. Y the Stage 12 Boss of Streets of Rage 4.

- Unlike his father, Mr. Y has no melee attacks and will actually roll away if you get close to him.
- During the Co-op fight, Garnet's will assist him in battles. And unlike Mr. X, will not cause friendly fire to them.
- In Stage 2's end scene, and during the fight with Max in Stage 9, he is accompanied by Assassin Agents.
