Hakuyo is an enemy which appears in Streets of Rage and Streets of Rage 2.
Details
Hakuyo is a kung-fu fighter who trained at a 4000 years old Shaolin temple in China. He originally appears as a regular enemy in the first game, where he dresses in a traditional kung-fu atire. He moves fast around the screen, often jumping behind the player for a kick attack or doing jump kicks.
He returns in the second game as a mini-boss, being given a new attire with his long hair tied into a ponytail and exposing his bare chest. He's got quite a few new moves, like a chi blast from his palm.
