Frank Feroccio is a character from the Streets of Rage comic.
Story
Feroccio is an old police officer and former partner of Blaze Fielding, as well as one of few honest cops in the city. He is first shown beating up a corrupt cop, who tells him Blaze and the others had entered gang territory and that Mr. X had placed bets on how far they would make. Using his contacts on the police, he manages to send a helicopter to rescue them. Though the helicopter gets shot down, they still manage to escape later on, thanking Feroccio during a chat in a bar.

- He called a helicopter to help the heroes out from danger, which is similar to when Adam arrives with a police helicopter and mercilessly guns down the rest of Rockets after Jet was defeated in Bare Knuckle III/Streets of Rage 3.
