Antonio is the first boss in the original Streets of Rage.

Antonio is a tall man, whose upper torso and long arms seem slightly oversized compared to his small legs. He carries a large boomerang which he throws from a distance. At close range, he resorts to a front kick that will knock the player down. He currently holds the 3rd place title in the world boomerang rankings.

- He and his brother Fernando are believed to be the only Italian characters in the series.
